Terms and Policies

Interim policy hub – effective 20 July 2026

This page summarizes current operating practices for Sourcing All. It is an interim disclosure and is not a substitute for counsel-approved Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, Cookie Notice, or a project-specific written agreement. Registered-entity details, governing law, jurisdiction, and formal contractual terms remain pending verified business information and qualified legal review.

Service scope

Sourcing All may assist with supplier research, requirement clarification, quotations, sampling coordination, production follow-up, quality-control coordination, documentation, and shipping preparation. The exact scope, fees, exclusions, responsibilities, and deliverables must be confirmed in a written proposal, invoice, or project agreement before paid work begins.

Quotes, suppliers, and third parties

Website information and form submissions do not create a contract. Supplier prices, minimum quantities, production capacity, lead times, test results, freight costs, duties, and availability can change. Factories, laboratories, inspection companies, carriers, customs brokers, payment providers, and other third parties remain responsible for their own services and statements.

Quality and compliance risk

Supplier checks, samples, testing, inspections, and documentation can reduce risk but cannot guarantee defect-free products, uninterrupted supply, regulatory approval, customs clearance, delivery dates, sales results, or business outcomes. Buyers remain responsible for confirming the laws, standards, labeling, testing, import, tax, sanctions, and product-safety requirements that apply in each target market with qualified advisers and authorities.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation, refund, supplier-deposit, tooling, sample, inspection, and freight terms depend on the written terms accepted for the specific project and on third-party commitments already made. Request and review those terms before paying any invoice or authorizing third-party costs.

Quote-form data

The quote form collects contact and project information so Sourcing All can review and respond to an inquiry. Valid submissions are stored in WordPress and sent to the approved business contact. Form entries are configured for deletion after 180 days. Information may be shared with suppliers or service providers only when reasonably needed to evaluate the requested project. Do not submit payment-card data, passwords, identity documents, or sensitive personal information.

Marketing choice

Marketing consent on the quote form is optional and separate from the inquiry. Batch 2A records the choice but does not automatically subscribe visitors to a newsletter. A quote request can be submitted without marketing consent.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses WordPress, security, translation, analytics, and embedded-service technologies that may use cookies or similar storage. Available choices are presented through the cookie banner. The cookie configuration and jurisdiction-specific legal documents still require formal review.

Questions and data requests

Use the contact details published on the Contact page to ask about a project, request access to submitted form information, correct it, or request deletion where applicable. Sourcing All may need reasonable information to locate and verify the request.

Review status: This interim hub requires review and replacement by qualified counsel after the registered business identity, jurisdiction, governing law, retention requirements, and final commercial policies are confirmed.
